Let's Dance

Do you want to dance live on stage at this year's Eurovision?

If you’re the type that faints at the thought of dancing in front of a huge crowd, this probably isn’t for you.

CAN-LINN AND Kasey Smith will be representing Ireland at the Eurovision with their song Heartbeat, but you could also be gracing the stage – as a dancer at the second semi-final.

Eurovision want you to film your ‘most fabulous’ dance moves and upload the video to their website.

The wildest and best dance-moves will be selected, and dancers will be offered a plane ticket and stay in Copenhagen – and be invited to dance live on stage as part of the second semi-final on May 8.

We’re guessing they want to see stuff like this:

And maybe a little bit of this:

But definitely NOT any of this:

There’s also the opportunity to join a huge ‘virtual choir’ of people singing last year’s winning song Only Teardrops via webcam.

All you have to do is record yourself singing the song on the Eurovision website – the video will be included with hundreds of others in a virtual choir on the night of the semi-final, May 6.

Why are you sitting around, wasting time? Public mortification awaits you.
